Bruce Jay Friedman is an American novelist, short story writer and playwright. Working out of New York City, he has also worked as a magazine editor for Men, Male and Man’s World. His novels include Stern, A Mother’s Kisses, The Duck, About Harry Towns, Tokyo Woes, The Current Climate, A Father’s Kisses and Violencia!, while for the stage he has written Scuba Duba, Steambath, Have You Spoken to Any Jews Lately, A Foot in the Door and A Farewell to Tanya.
