Donald Marguiles is a Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright, well-known for plays including The Model Apartment, Sight Unseen and Brooklyn Boy. Dinner With Friends, his Pulitzer-winning play of 2000, explores the breakdown of relationships through the prism of two married couples, and the hidden meanings that underpin such relationships. Originally training as an artist, Marguiles now lives and writes in New Haven, working also as a Professor of English and Theatre studies at Yale University.
