Peter Ackerman is an American playwright and screenwriter, whose play Things You Shouldn't Say Past Midnight has been produced in New York and London. He was on the writing team of the movie Ice Age (2002), which was nominated for an Academy Award. Other plays include The Urn, which ran off Broadway, and the radio-play I'd Rather Eat Pants.
