Tracy Letts' 2007 play August: Osage County won both the Pulitzer Prize and a Tony Award for its vivid, three-and-a-half hour tragicomic portrayal of dysfunctional family life. His several other plays, including Bug, Killer Joe and Man From Nebraska have also enjoyed great critical acclaim, as has his own acting debut, playing George in Who's Afraid Of Virginia Woolf? He has also written for the screen, adapting several of his own plays (including all of the above) for feature length films. Letts is married to the actress Carrie Coon and lives in Chicago.
