Please use the links below to download a complete set of MARC records or KBART files (when appropriate) for Drama Online. When new content is uploaded, the corresponding MARC / KBART files will be updated accordingly.

Please note that Drama Online is comprised of individual collections. Only download records for collections to which you have subscribed. For more information on what's included in each collection please see our About pages.

MARC records are supplied as .mrc files. These are full RDA-compliant records in MARC21 format, and they include Library of Congress Subject Headings, book summaries, table of contents, accessibility information, related ISBNs and DOI-based persistent URL links.

KBART files are supplied in tab-delimited text format as specified by KBART recommendations. Please note that if the tab delimited file is opened in Excel, some formatting may be modified by Excel. To reformat the dates in the Excel file: Format > Cells > Date > select format YYYY-MM-DD.

Please note that playtext MARC records are created for each volume of playtexts to ensure these work in library systems. When browsing Drama Online, you will find each individual play listed.

To download KBART files:

2. Save link as...
3. Save locally as a text document

Territories

*The territory 'Rest of World' includes any territories not specifically listed in another file, e.g. if there is no file listed as UK, then UK customers should select the Rest of World file.
